  • I offer counseling in person, over the phone, or on zoom, or a combination of the three!

My in-person appointments are at the Sage Center at 10700 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, Bldg 3, Suite 560 Beaverton OR 97005.

The only requirements for my virtual appointments are that you are in the state of Oregon and able to find a private spot to talk over the phone or video.

Counseling appointments are available Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm.

I use an online scheduling system to make it easier to cancel and reschedule appointments if needed.

  • To start we most likely will schedule one 55 minute session per week. Depending on scheduling availability and insurance approval, we could meet for 90 minutes if having more time is helpful.

It is possible to meet less frequently, like every other week or once a month, once we get to know each other and learn what may be most helpful for you.

Depending on scheduling availability and insurance approval, it may be possible to schedule up to 2-3 sessions per week.

  • Please review the Rates and Insurance webpage to learn more details.

The short answer is I accept Medicare insurance (Standard plans) as well as OHP open card. I also accept payment directly through debit or credit card. You have the option to receive a Superbill so that you can try to get partially reimbursed by your insurance company.

I have a limited amount of sliding fee/reduced rate options as well. Please let me know if you are interested in this option.

  • Please schedule a time directly through my online portal at https://alittlespark.sessionshealth.com for a 15 minute phone chat or fill out the contact me form found at the bottom of the page and I will reach out to you!

The first step is for us to have a 15-30 minute conversation over the phone or video where I will share about how I do counseling and where you can share what you are looking for in counseling. This conversation is to help us both decide if we would be a good fit because it is important that 1) you find a therapist you connect well with and that 2) I am transparent about what things I can help with and what things I don’t have enough experience to help with.

  • As I am only licensed in the state of Oregon, I am only able to provide counseling to people who are currently located in Oregon. My in-person office is in Beaverton, but since I do virtual counseling, I am able to meet with anyone in Oregon.

I currently provide counseling and/or gender affirming care to adults who are 18 years and older. I specialize in supporting the trans, queer, and disabled communities through issues such as identity exploration, life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
